GENERAL TERMS
■ I hold the right to deny a commission without explanation to the client in question; especially so if the person is problematic in nature.■ The client must read my "Will vs Won't" section before considering a commission.■ During the process of the commission the client will receive frequent updates and wip shots while it is being worked on.■ Depending on the current stage of the drawing process, it is difficult to change certain aspects of a commission. The client must be certain they are content with the sketch before lineart lest they face an edit fee.■ My commissions are not yet to be for commercial use (E.G stickers, shirt prints and various merchandise).PAYMENT
■ Payment is required upfront in USD via Paypal.■ If a client files a chargeback they'll be immediately blacklisted and barred from future service. Please communicate with your artists.
Threats to chargeback will result in an immediate decline of service and the appropriate refund.■ Turnaround time for a commission can range from a day - a week depending on workload. The client will always be kept in the loop of their status in the queue and will be alerted once their commission process has begun.
Please be aware this is heavily subject to change and you will always be kept notified if a situation arises.REFUND POLICY
■ Comissions that are already in progress are unable to be fully refunded.
Refund policy is as follows for unfinished pieces:
sketches - 90% Refund
lineart - 70% Refund
lined flat colour - 50% Refund
; any progress thereafter - 20% Refund■ I do not provide refunds for finished pieces, I am being payed for a service, not just a product.
Full refunds will only be provided if I have not yet started the commission or if I choose to, due to my own inability to complete it.
Anyone is welcome to inquire in depth about refund policy.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
■ I, the artist, own the rights over the commissioned image.
I have the right to post and display the commissioned piece with the clients consent across any socials.■ You, the client, have the rights to repost the commission with appropriate credit, across any socials.
It is within your right as the commissioner to use the artwork for personal display, profile decoration (such as profile pictures, headers, pagedolls etc.) and wallpapers.
Inquiries as to what else you may do with your new commission are always welcomed.■ The following infringements are eligible for notice and takedown:
Tracing and reproducing my work
Removing watermarks/claiming credit
Profiting from my art and selling it commercially
Claiming ownership of my intellectual propertyBy commissioning me, you are acknowledging you have read and accepted these Terms of Service, if you cannot abide by these terms than you are unable to receive a commission.If you have breached these Terms of Service than you are aware the consequences could include; refund of the appropriate amount and being blacklisted in the future.
You also acknowledge that any personal information gathered by business means will stay strictly undisclosed and that you also recognise the legal repercussions of leaking private information (doxxing).
